Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Andi, and I am a passionate advocate for living well, both personally and in the world around us. My journey has been shaped by my diverse experiences, and it’s led me to where I am today as a trusted Travel Advisor, Wellness Coach, and Personal Trainer.
I was born in 1970 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and after living in Chicago for several years, I now call Naperville, Illinois home. I’m a proud mom to three amazing teenage sons who are student-athletes—every day with them brings new lessons in resilience, growth, and balance.
With a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA, I’ve had the privilege of working in management, operations, sales, and marketing roles across the healthcare, travel, and technology industries. These experiences have taught me the power of creating healthy, meaningful connections in both my professional and personal life.
What fuels me most is my deep love for learning and curiosity. I am constantly seeking to create healthy spaces—whether it’s in my physical surroundings or within myself. Wellness, for me, is about aligning the physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional aspects of life. It’s about finding balance and connection in all areas of life.

I dream of embracing healthy longevity, nurturing my family, and sharing the wisdom and experiences I’ve gained along the way. Every step of this journey motivates me to be the best version of myself, so I can be the best for the people I care about.
